For traditional pump, when diaphragm broken, it's hard to be found on time. Pump usually continue working, fluid will leak into center block, it'll damage inner spare parts, at last the whole pump will be damaged.
RD series AODD pump with diaphragm failure protection, with double diaphragms, with alarm devices & detector devices, can alarm as soon as rubber diaphragm broken, pump will stop working automatically as once.
It's great safety and protection for pump. It also reduce maintains cost, end-user just need to replace broken diaphragm, rather than replace a whole pump.
Such pumps have totally 4 specifications. The sizes for import/export are 1", 1.5", 2",3". The components which contact with the fluids are usually made of Aluminum and stainless steel. Depend on the varied applications; various materials of diaphragm can meet the requirements of different fluid mediums (corrosive, volatile, flammable, poisonous liquid or fluids with particles and high viscosity)
